ICT's Instructional Support Services (ISS) includes the following service areas:

• Campus-wide Software Licensing: Arrange for and administer software agreements to provide NMSU discounted software licenses and media.

• Enterprise Web Services: Provide web design services and support strategic web tools for campus. Includes primary webmaster role for NMSU and administration of the NMSU Content Management System (CMS).

• PC Support Services: Support PC workstations throughout campus by responding to ad-hoc service workorders and supporting departmental contracts. This group installs, configures, and maintains software on workstations accross campus.

• Student Computing Services: Support computer labs and computer classrooms throughout campus, some with 24 hour availability. Provide student computer rental and laptop checkout. Provide classroom technology design and support services.

• Training Services: Design, facilitate, and/or conduct professional training to support strategic campus systems. This includes the support for the NMSU ERP (SCT Banner) and major instructional technology (i.e. WebCT).
