Requesting Subsystems

Requesting subsystems after hours or on weekends: UCC will try to accommodate special request of subsystems depending on workload on personnel.  Any request that requires extra personnel from UCC will be billed at current hourly rate.

It is highly recommended that all requests are made 38 hours in advance to make sure the request can be coordinated with all departments at ICT and accommodated with their after hour work requirements for updating hardware/software systems.
