Centra Event Rates
Centra is available to NMSU courses, colleges, and organizations with single event or annual subscription rates. To schedule a Centra event please contact ICT Training Services at centra@nmsu.edu or 646-2661.
Single Event Rates
Live Internet Web Conferencing
(For up to 25 concurrent participants and 1 event leader)
- Hourly Rate (initial hour) $50
- Additional Hourly Fee $15
- Additional Seats (for each additional seat) $5/hr
- Per Event Setup Fee $32.50
Archiving Services
- Up to 100Mb of Archive space $10/month
- Additional Archive space – Each increment of 100Mb $10/month
Media Encoding
- Hourly Service Rate (1) $65
- For Converting from Analog or Digital Source to AVI, MPEG1-4, QuickTime, Windows Media, and Real Media
(1) Setup fee is based on ½ hour using ICT standard labor rate of $65/hr.

| Premium Subscription: For colleges and branch campuses that want unlimited access to Centra including some administration functions. The ability to schedule an “always available” event with no more than 5 seats is provided with this subscription. Events will be scheduled through the Centra master scheduler. | $13,200 |
| Standard Subscription: For colleges, branch campuses, departments, research units that want access to up to 25 Centra seats throughout the year. Additional Standard Subscriptions or Single Use Rates can be added for when more than 25 seats are needed. The ability to schedule an “always available” event with no more than 5 seats is provided with this subscription. Events will be scheduled through the Centra master scheduler. | $3,300 |
