These are servers that have been set up by ICT to run in a production mode and have to be up during business hours with maintenance scheduled off hours. Included in this service is maintaining all OS services packs and patches, current anti-virus software, and remote and onsite OS troubleshooting. These are servers that have been set up by ICT. Included in this service is maintaining all OS services packs and patches, current anti-virus software, and remote and onsite OS troubleshooting. This service requires exclusive administrative access be managed by ICT. 1512 Negotiated 840 252

NC=No Charge, NA=Not Applicable
(1) - Charges are annual unless specified as an hourly charge, negotiated, etc.
Annual charges are based on estimate of hours required to support each service.
Please refer to the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA) for details regarding services provided.
(2) - Backup services require a one time setup fee of $400
