Option 1: BASIC Service
Includes setup/maintain user accounts. Includes updates/patches of MS Windows, MS Office, Anti-virus software, and any software purchased through ICT Campus-wide licensing programs. Includes Remote and on-site troubleshooting, network connectivity, removal of viruses. Support of basic software: Windows, Office, IE, Email, Printer access, QWS3270, Exchange calendars, and anti-virus. Setup of new workstations not covered by this option.

Option 1: FULL Service
Includes everything in BASIC service, plus Hardware troubleshooting and repair. Includes complete setup of new (replacement) machines including file transfers, setup of machines after reassignment to new user, and installation of all software. Only expected costs are parts not covered under manufacturers warranty.

On-site Staff
This contract provides ICT personnel on-site for a specific number of hours each week. The personnel will support all workstation computing needs (servers supported under separate contract). Each contract is negotiated based on individual customer needs resulting in a Service Level Agreement. A minimum of 1/2 day per week is required.

Work not included under other agreement. For example when full service option or on-site staff contracts not in place then workstation setups are based on $65/hr and will vary based on amount of files to migrate, and additional software installs.

(1) - Charges are annual unless specified as an hourly charge, negotiated, etc.
Annual charges are based on estimate of hours required to support each service.
Please refer to the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA) for details regarding services provided.
(2) - Windows XP (or better) required for ICT managed workstation option
(3) - Backup option for just MyDocument folder for $280/yr, full workstation is $460/yr.
(4) - Volume discounts available for multiple workstations in one office. Disk quota enforced.
