1. Open up Entourage, then click on Tools on the tool
bar and scroll down to Accounts.
2. Now click on the button that reads New.
3. Now input your full name and then click on the arrow
pointing to the right on the bottom right of the window.
4. Now input your full NMSU email address and click
on the same arrow again,
5. Now select IMAP as the type of incoming mail server.
Type "imap.nmsu.edu" in the box labeled Incoming
mail server. Type "smtp.nmsu.edu" in the box
labeled Outgoing (SMTP) mail server. Press the arrow.
6. Now just enter the username portion of your NMSU
email address in the Account ID box and the password
for your e-mail account in the Password box.
7. Now click Finish and you should be able to retrieve
your mail.
