This form may be used by NMSU Faculty and Staff
to apply for additional accounts on ICT's UNIX system or IBM
mainframe. This includes departmental or 'office' accounts
and electronic Lists. This form may also be used by retired
employees to request retiree accounts at no cost. Starred
items are required. For more information, please review ICT Account Policies.
NOTE: Some schools and Departments additionally
provide computer accounts on their own computers. They should
be contacted directly about obtaining an account on their
servers.
