In order to request labels from ICT,  you must first secure the approval of the appropriate data custodian by emailing them with the selection criteria and the purpose for the labels.

For requesting student labels, send an email to registrarapproval@nmsu.edu.
For requesting employee labels, send an email to personnel@nmsu.edu.  

Once approved, the data custodian will forward your request for processing to UCC by sending the email to prdcntl@nmsu.edu.
