Student Computing Services

Welcome to the Student Computing Services' (SCS) homepage. Student Computing Services, a department of PC Support Services, maintains and operates:

Student Computing Services maintains more than 40 computer labs which are conveniently located throughout NMSU's campus; trained lab assistants monitor nine of these labs. These labs are equpped with Macintosh and Windows PC systems and software.

The Equipment Rental Program provides NMSU students, faculty and staff the means to rent a PC, laptop, projector and other media equipment by the day, week, month or semester.

Training Classrooms, though primarily maintained for training and classroom purposes, are open for general use when not booked.

As part of ICT, Student Computing Services provides services that support the University's stated mission of providing students, faculty and staff with the infrastructure and tools in pursuit of their educational and research endeavors.
