Computer and Networking 141

The Computer and Newtworking lab (Room 141 of the Computer Center) is open for general student use when not booked as a training lab or a classroom. To reserve this lab, please complete the  Lab/Classroom Request form.

Computer and Networking Hallway Lab 

Computer and Networking also maintains a Hallway Computer lab. This lab is located directly across from the Computer and Networking lab in the Computer Center.

Configuration:      10 Windows computers

                                   17" monitors

                                   Pay-per-print station (black-and-white)

Hours:                      Opens Monday at 7 a.m., closes Saturday at 4 p.m.

English 121/121B

The English lab is a combination student/instructional lab. When not in use as a classroom, this lab is open for general student use.

Hours:                       Monday - Friday             8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

                                   Saturday - Sunday         10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Pete's Place

Pete's Place, adjacent to the game room in Corbett Center, was opened in 2000. This lab was funded by President William Conroy and the ASNMSU student governement. It is a 24/7 lab.

Knox Hall

The Knox Hall lab is located at the extreme west end of the campus in Knox Hall.

Jacobs Hall 205/205B/205C

Jacobs Hall 205/205B/205C are among the largest computer labs on NMSU's campus.

Configuration:       56 Windows computers

Jacobs Hall 204 is used primarily as a classroom for CS110 students; however, when not in use as a classroom, this lab is open for general student use.

Jacobs Hall 129 is a three-tiered lab and it is used primarily as a training lab and classroom. To reserve this lab, please complete the  Lab/Classroom Request form.

Jacobs Hall 128 is one of four computer labs in Jacobs Hall.

Health & Social Services 219 is primarily used by nursing students. It has a capacity of 25.

When not booked as a classroom, Gerald Thomas 338 is an open lab.

Government/Anthropology/Sociology (GAS)

The Government/Anthropology/Sociology (GAS) lab, located in Breland Hall, Room 175, features monitors that are viewed through glass panels.
