Equipment Rental Program
Student Computing Services operates an Equipment Rental Program. Renters must have a valid NMSU ID card to rent computers and other media equipment. Among the items that can be rented on a daily, weekly, monthly and semester basis are:
- Laptops
- PC Desktops
- Projectors
- Digital Camcorders
- Digital Cameras
PCs are typically equipped with:
- Microsoft XP
- Microsoft Office 2007
- 2.8 Ghz Processor
- 512 MB RAM
- 40 + GB Hard Drive
- CD-ROM Drive
- Ethernet Card
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- 17" Flat Panel Monitor
Rental agreements include free technical support. For technical support call (575) 646-4209 or stop by the Student Computing Services office located in Jacobs Hall, Room 121.
