This acceptance form is valid for the Microsoft Campus Agreement products
licensed by your NMSU department which shall be referred to collectively herein
as the "Software". Software is made available to you because New Mexico State
University has purchased license coverage for the Software through Microsoft
Campus Agreement Subscription effective September 1, 2003 through August 31,
2004. New Mexico State University is extending to you the right to use the Software
for NMSU work-related purposes at home. You are not licensed to use the Software
at home for personal purposes. You do not own the license or the CD media rather
you are leasing the license and CD media from New Mexico State University for the term of the agreement. You will be required
to remove the Software from your home machine immediately upon the earlier
of
(a) any event which causes you no longer to be a faculty, staff, or graduate
assistant employee of New Mexico State University for any reason or
(b) expiration of the Campus Agreement Subscription term.
New Mexico State University has been issued a Volume License Key that will allow multiple installations of the Software. This volume License Key is located on the media label. Holders of this Volume License Key are required to keep it secure and only use it to install the Software on designated NMSU-owned machines. You will be held responsible for any unauthorized use by you of your institution's unique Volume License Key.
Software installed using the volume license key may ONLY be installed on NMSU-owned machines within participating departments. The volume license key may NOT be used for work at home installs on home computers.
Work at home limited install media must be purchased for installs on home computers for Microsoft Campus Agreement software applications requiring a volume license key for installation. Work at home media is not required for Microsoft Campus Agreement software applications that do not require a volume license key for installation.

participating departments and that I will be responsible for any unauthorized
use thereof by me.

installs on my home computer and further agree that I will not install the
Software media on home computers that I personally do not own.
___ I will remove the Software from my home computer immediately upon the earlier
of
(a) any event which causes me no longer to be a faculty, staff or graduate
assistant employee of New Mexico State University for any reason or
(b) expiration of the Campus Agreement Subscription term.
___ I understand that I am not licensed to use the Software for personal purposes.
