• Research new licensing opportunities and negotiate agreements with software vendors to obtain the best terms and pricing for the University community.
• Process software license requests from participating University faculty, staff, and departments.
• Manage the reproduction and distribution of software media.
• Maintain licensing records to ensure that the University remains in compliance with current software licensing agreements.
• Provide information and guidance to the Universitycommunity regarding software licensing programs, issues, and concerns.
