What it Cognos PowerPlay?
PowerPlay allows you to view reports and multi-dimensional cube data. You can add calculations, choose graphic displays (like charts and graphs), and publish reports in portable formats such as PDF.
How do I get access to Cognos?
To get access to Cognos you will need to fill out the Computer Systems Access form. It is located at www.nmsu.edu/~boffice/forms/PDF%20Files/secure.pdf. Please forward the form to FSA when completed.
Who do I contact to get access to data?
The data custodian is a person who is the ultimate authority over a set of data. To request access to institutional data, please contact the data custodian for the type of data you would like to access. NMSU has established the following custodians:
