Help for Faculty
ICT provides several help resources that aid in the use of technology tools available at NMSU.
ICT Help Desk
The ICT Help Desk has a technology savvy staff who provide technical support for students, faculty and staff in person and over the phone. For assistance, or to set up an appointment, please call 575-646-1840. If you need help after hours, e-mail the Help Desk at help@nmsu.edu . The ICT Help Desk is in room 140 in the Computer Center Building, located on the corner of Stewart and Sweet Street, behind the New Science Hall building, directly across the street from O'Donnell Hall.
ICT Student Services Guide
The ICT Student Services Guide is a handy reference that provides information about the most important IT services at NMSU. Although the guide is intended for students, it is also a good reference for both faculty and staff.

CAHE Technology Help Desk
Several resources in the college support the use of technology in any learning environment. The CAHE Technology Help Desk is an excellent place to begin with technology related questions or for assistance in integrating technology.
The CAHE Technology Help Desk, located in Gerald Thomas Hall Room 270, is open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for college faculty and staff to explore and receive assistance with technology for classroom or distance teaching.
