Once ITAL has concluded, participants who have met the ITAL Computer Requirements will be awarded the computer, accessories, and software they used during the institute, and ownership of this equipment will be transferred to their departments. Those who have not met the requirements will return all equipment and software, and half of the ITAL tuition ($375) will be refunded.

ITAL Computer Requirements

  1. Participants must not miss more than two ITAL workshops (attendance is recorded at each workshop). Workshops are defined as individual events on the calendar. There could be up to four workshops on any given day.
  2. Participants will identify at least one course they will restructure using instructional technology learned during ITAL.
  3. Participants will make a brief presentation (15 minutes) on the last day of ITAL. The presentation will showcase how they will apply some of the technology learned during ITAL.
